 Welcome to the world of caregiving. There are so many situations in which we may find ourselves as a caregiver for a loved one. Sometimes it’s when a family member or friend suffers an unexpected accident. Sometimes they could be recovering from an illness. Some care receivers may have a disability or impediment that requires those around them to support them. Some of them may simply have physical or mental issues pertaining to old age.

Whatever the specific situation, one thing is for sure: Being a caregiver is a physically and emotionally draining responsibility.

The Caregiver Certificate ensures that all health and social care professionals have a similar set of introductory skills,.behaviours and knowledge, that they can provide high-quality and compassionate care and support, and that they understand their role in their particular workplace setting.

By the end of this course, you will:

• Understand what the Care Certificate is and how it is assessed.
• Understand your role in your health or social care setting, how to work with others, and how to work in ways agreed with your employer.
• Know how to create and agree on a personal development plan, and the benefits of doing so.

We offer a range of management training courses for carehomes and individual's who want to take their career to the management level.

 The qualification covers the knowledge and skills required to work in a leadership and management role in a range of settings where services support individuals with different needs. The qualification contains units which are competence based and some knowledge based units.

The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of babies and young children from birth to 7 years of age with applied knowledge in the early years, 0-5 years. The qualification content meets the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner in the workforce.

In order to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) learners must complete 15 mandatory units, including all the criteria learners must know about which is contained within the delivery guidance. Learners must also complete an Effective Practise Study Task.

There are two early exit points; the first on achievement of the Award and the second on achievement of the Certificate.
